This is an agreement between you and Grozatech Marketing Services. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into.
Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of Grozatech Marketing Services. When you click to install Grozatech Marketing Services applications, you are agreeing with all the terms and conditions of the service. And if you don’t agree, you can cancel the installation and you must destroy, return or delete all copies of Grozatech Marketing Services applications in your possession.
Important Subscription Information
The current subscription pricing and free trial period is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Grozatech Marketing Services created and released the Remote TV Screen Mirroring for Smart TV These terms of use ("Terms") apply to your access and use of this app (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
Accepting these Terms
If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. So, before you use the Service, please read all of the terms. If you don't agree to all of the terms below, please do not use the Service. Also, if a term does not make sense to you, please let us know by emailing grozatech@grozatech.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For instance, we may need to change these Terms if we come out with a new feature or for some other reason.

It is your responsibility to check the app for changes to these Terms.
If you continue to use Remote TV Screen Mirroring for Smart TV after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

Creating Accounts
When you create an account or use another service to log in to the Service, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to any data or other information you provide to the Service.

Grozatech Marketing Services DMCA Policy
Grozatech Marketing Services is a service provider of transitory digital network communications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) 17 U.S.C. p. 512(a). Accordingly, it is Grozatech Marketing Services”s policy to promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined by Grozatech Marketing Services to be repeat infringers, where a repeat infringer is an end user of the Grozatech Marketing Services who has been notified by Grozatech Marketing Services of infringing transmissions activities more than twice (“Repeat Infringer Policy”). Because of the ephemeral nature of transmissions imitated at the direction of persons using the Grozatech Marketing Services, it is generally not possible for Grozatech Marketing Services to take-down content from its system, but it will use all reasonable efforts to identify the offending persons in order to enforce its Repeat Infringer Policy.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
